We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, or if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll be happy to assist with a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions before making your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at hello@kcreativestudio.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We will organise a replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, and images of the faulty or damaged product.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Have been purchased within the last 30 days.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team at hello@kcreativestudio.com.au to start the returns process.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for sending the product back.

  3. Shipping: When we receive the returned product, it will be assessed and you will be contacted to discuss your replacement or refund.
